HOT SPOT® BULLS-EYE PROMOTION
Attention Players: Incorrect payout amounts were displayed for promotional Hot Spot Bulls-eye prizes for tickets purchased on March 1st and March 2nd. This issue has been resolved for all tickets sold after 8:32 PM on March 2, 2026.
Players who have winning tickets with Bulls-eye that were purchased on March 1st or March 2nd (prior to 8:32 PM) cannot be claimed for the correct amount at a retailer location and are not eligible for a same day check at a Lottery district office location.
If your Hot Spot Bulls-eye tickets purchased on March 1st or March 2nd were affected, please complete a claim form (PDF) and either:
- Drop it off at any Lottery district office to be sent to Lottery Headquarters for processing.
or
- Mail your claim form directly to Lottery Headquarters. Please send your claim form along with your Hot Spot Bulls-eye tickets which say “BULLS-EYE PLAYED” to:
